Fulfilment:

Used for all kinds of milling, drilling work, etc. requiring hight accuracy and safe clamping. Owing to the possibility of clamping long workpieces ideal for use in toolmaker´s shops.

  • The movable jaw is prevented from being raised while clamped. The clamped workpiece is held tight at the vice base surfaces.
  • Body, swivel base and moveble jaw are of high quality grey cast iron.
  • Fixed jaw is of high quality constructional steel.
  • Lead-screw of alloy steel toughened over whole lenght ensuring long servise life of the clamping gear.
  • Steel jaw inserts, hardened and ground formed according to client´s requirements.
  • Additional base surfaces at the jaw upper face make clamping of various workpieces possible.
  • Possibility of setting up the vice at any angle in horizontal plane at an accuracy up to 1 gr.
  • Možnost upevnění čelisťových vložek čtyřmi způsoby, umožňuje dodatečné upnout předmět větší délky.
  • Možnost libovolného pootočení svěráku na točnici s přesností do 1 stupně.
